## How to connect WooCommerce and Churn Solution

### Step 1: Install WooCommerce plugin

Install and activate the WooCommerce plugin from your WordPress dashboard.

### Step 2: Install Churn Solution plugin

Install the Churn Solution plugin to build cancellation flows, collect feedback and view insights.

### Step 3: Connect your store to Churn Solution

After activating the plugin, click **Connect to Churn Solution** on the Churn Solution page and complete your account setup. Then link your store by entering your WooCommerce **Consumer Key** and **Consumer Secret**.

#### How to generate Consumer Key and Consumer Secret in WooCommerce

1. **Open REST API settings**

   WooCommerce → **Settings** → **Advanced** tab → **REST API**.

2. **Add a key**

   Click **Add Key**, description **Churn Solution**, permissions **Read/Write**.

3. **Generate**

   Click **Generate API Key** and enter the resulting Consumer Key and Consumer Secret in the Churn Solution plugin.

### Step 4: Create cancellation flows

Head over to the **Cancellation Flows** page in Churn Solution to build and publish your cancellation flow, which can include feedback forms, discounts or win-back offers.

## Cancellation Flows on WooCommerce (Supported)

Works with WooCommerce Subscriptions through the Churn Solution WordPress plugin and your REST API keys — a no-code integration in two steps: connect your store, then build your flows. The flow appears when a customer clicks Cancel in My Account.

### Integration steps

1. **Connect to WooCommerce**

2. **Create the cancellation flow**

   Open [Cancellation Flows](https://app.churnsolution.com/cancel-flows) and input your requirements or choose a pre-set template. You can create multiple flows — see the [Flow builder](/docs/cancellation-flows/flow-builder/) page.

From your Churn Solution dashboard you'll see detailed reports on cancellations, recovered revenue, customer feedback, and how well your cancellation flows are working.

## Payment Recovery on WooCommerce (Supported)

Failed WooCommerce renewal orders enrol the customer in dunning emails and smart retries, and the Failed Payment Wall can gate your site until the payment method is updated. Prepaid plans in an on-hold state are handled too.

2. **Set up dunning emails**

3. **Turn on smart retries**

   Enable retries in the dashboard and Churn Solution re-attempts each failed renewal at the times most likely to succeed — see [Smart retries](/docs/payment-recovery/smart-retries/).

## Reactivation Campaigns on WooCommerce (Supported)

Win-back emails to cancelled WooCommerce subscribers, segmented by the reason they gave in the exit survey, with a WooCommerce coupon attached.
