AI Assistant Connectors
ChurnSolution offers an optional integration that lets an authenticated account administrator access their ChurnSolution data through third-party AI assistants (such as ChatGPT, Claude, and similar services) via a secure connector. When an administrator enables and uses a connector, the specific data needed to answer their request — which may include cancellation, subscription, and revenue analytics, and the personal data of the account’s own customers (such as email addresses and names) — is transmitted to the applicable AI provider to process the request and return a response.
The AI provider acts as a sub-processor and handles that data under its own terms and privacy policy, including any applicable data-use and retention commitments. These integrations are off by default, are enabled and controlled by the account administrator, and can be disconnected at any time, which revokes the connector’s access.
Cookies
Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer’s hard drive. Like many sites, we use “cookies” to collect information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Site.
