Seven offer types, each matched to a reason and a segment, with limits to prevent abuse.
Offer types
Pause subscriptionCustomer picks how long to pause (1–12 months or billing cycles) or any custom date to resume. Billing stops and resumes automatically; data and settings stay. PAUSE
Discount (coupon)Percentage or fixed amount; once, for N renewals, or forever. The gateway coupon is applied immediately. COUPON
Extended free trialAdds days to a running trial. Pair with "Free trial is short". TRIAL_EXTENSION
Switch planA better-fitting plan with its price shown; one click moves the subscription. SWITCH_PLAN
Switch plan with discountSwitch and get a limited-time discount on the new plan; old price struck through. SWITCH_PLAN_WITH_COUPON
Contact support: emailOpens the customer’s mail client to your support address. CONTACT
Contact support: WhatsAppOpens a WhatsApp chat with your support number. CONTACT
Redirect to a pageSends the customer to a URL you choose: a special-offers page, help article, or booking link. SEND_TO_PAGEOffer redemption settings
Set per subscription on the Configuration page, so a customer cannot run the flow again and again to collect more offers. Each limit has its own message, shown in the flow instead of the offer when the limit is reached; click Preview to see it.
