How to connect HubSpot and Churn Solution
You can connect your HubSpot account with Churn Solution through our Integration Page.
Click Connect HubSpot to start the connection process. You'll be redirected to HubSpot, where you can choose the HubSpot account you want to connect with Churn Solution.
Once you select your account and approve the connection, you'll be redirected back to Churn Solution and your HubSpot account will be connected.

If you have access to multiple HubSpot accounts, you'll be able to select the account you want to connect with Churn Solution.
Once connected, Churn Solution can match your customers with their HubSpot records and sync cancellation session data.
Match HubSpot contacts
Churn Solution syncs cancellation data with HubSpot contacts.
By default, subscribers are matched with HubSpot contacts using their email address.
If you use Stripe, you can also choose to match subscribers using their Stripe Customer ID.
Send Cancellation Outcomes to HubSpot
Once your HubSpot account is connected, Churn Solution can automatically send the outcome of your customer's cancellation session to HubSpot.
Whenever a customer goes through your cancellation flow, Churn Solution records the session outcome and updates the corresponding HubSpot contact. We will export these data:
- Subscription status
- Cancellation feedback
- Cancellation reason
- Followup question answer
The session outcome will be stored in a HubSpot property, allowing your sales, customer success, and marketing teams to see the latest cancellation outcome directly inside HubSpot.
You can also save the full history of each customer's cancellation sessions in your HubSpot account, giving you a complete history of the customer's cancellation journey directly in HubSpot.
